Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen unit with stove was very welcome for preparing meals when many places were close on Christmas eve. Most importantly, your staff were excellent. They were always friendly, and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. In particular Joseph was most helpful in trying to trace our lost luggage and deal with the airlines involved. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Prague to definitely stay at the Hotel Galileo. Thank you for making a difficult trip as comfortable as possible for us.
