FREE SHUTTLE BUS

FREE SHUTTLE BUS from airport to the hotel.
Departures daily at 15:00, 17:30 and 19:00 from the airport, meeting point in the arrival hall of the terminal 2 next to the elevators. The driver will be holding a board "YOUR PRAGUE HOTELS". The capacity of the shuttle bus is unlimited but reservation is needed and must be reserved at least 24hrs before arrival. The driver will not accept any guest without a reservation.

Concierge

Concierge assists guests by performing various tasks such as making restaurant reservations, booking hotels, arranging for spa services, recommending night life hot spots, booking transportation (like taxi, limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.), coordinating porter service (luggage assistance request), procuring of tickets to special events, and assisting with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions.
